Fellowship is Love

"and let us consider [thoughtfully] how we may encourage one another to love and to do good deeds, not forsaking our meeting together [as believers for worship and instruction], as is the habit of some, but encouraging one another; and all the more [faithfully] as you see the day [of Christ’s return] approaching." Hebrews 10:24 - 25 AMP

Fellowship is a crucial component of the Christian's life. We fellowship with others in Christ to build and receive a support system against the wickedness of the world. We gather for worship, praise, learning, and serving others. Today's scriptures state that it is vital to encourage our fellow brothers and sisters in Christ to live righteously. We are to pray, uplift, comfort, educate, and ultimately express love to one another. We are strengthened through fellowship; the scripture says it is as iron sharpens iron. When we stand in solidarity with God on our side, we are undefeated.

We pray today that you experience healthy, loving fellowship. May you connect with others in Christ who encourage you for the positive and you return the love. Understand that God did not design us to be alone, there is value in unity! We hope that you take the time to pray and meditate on this reading. God will give you clarity and understanding.
